Ky-Mani Marley one of the richest and most famous Reggae singers was born on Friday, February 26, 1976, in Falmouth Jamaica. Shottas was a classic movie where he was in the film alongside another singer Wyclef. Ky-Mani signed with Shang Records in 1996 where the first album he put out was With Father Like Son. He has also released a number of singles, including Judge Not With Patra and Dear Dad (which reached the top of the British Reggae Charts) as well as Who The Cap Fit remix and Sensimelia. Each of them helped contribute to Ky's growing popularity among the younger generation of reggae artists. Ky-Mani joined forces with Praswell from Fugees to cover Electric Avenue from Eddy Grant.
